The fresh, woody aroma of this blend is perfect for situations when you would like to bring a little harmony to your everyday life. The essential oils of spruce, camphor, frankincense, blue vetiver and blue chamomile form a perfect blend with fractionated coconut oil, which, when applied externally, with its captivating scent, creates a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere and a sense of well-being, contributes to overall well-being, enhances a sense of calm, and soothes heightened emotional states.
Oil 1 of the AromaTouch® technique creates a harmonious connection between the person performing the technique and the person receiving it. This essential oil blend can also be used for the AromaTouch® hand technique.
2. doTERRA Lavender™ /Lavandula angustifolia/
In addition to its properties that promote healthy, clear skin, it is used to relax the body, improve mood, and relieve nervousness due to its calming properties.

3. doTERRA Tea Tree™ /Melaleuca alternifolia/
Tea tree essential oil, often referred to as Melaleuca, is made up of over 92 different compounds. Tea tree leaves have been used by Australian Aborigines for centuries. They were ground into a pulp and applied directly to the skin for their cooling effect. Tea tree oil is most widely known for its cleansing and antiseptic properties, but it is also often used to relieve occasional skin irritations and soothe skin tissues.
Oil 3 of the AromaTouch® technique is used in the technique for its antiseptic properties.
4. doTERRA On Guard™ /Protective Blend/
This protective blend is made with essential oils extracted from wild orange peel, clove, cinnamon bark, eucalyptus leaf and rosemary leaf/flower. Its aroma is energizing and uplifting. It can be used to add a warm, citrusy and spicy flavor to hot drinks and desserts.
Oil 4 of the AromaTouch® technique is used in the technique for its fragrant and effective disinfectant benefits, natural restorative properties and effects supporting the healthy functioning of the immune system.

6. doTERRA Deep Blue™ /Soothing Blend/
This soothing blend contains Creeping Gooseberry, Camphor, Peppermint, Blue Burdock, German Chamomile, Italian Sage, and Osmanthus.
AromaTouch® Oil 6 is used in the technique for its immediate, tingling, cooling, soothing, tension-relieving aromatic properties that relieve muscle pain and joint stiffness.

7. doTERRA Wild Orange™ /Citrus sinensis, Wild Orange/

This essential oil is particularly unique due to its high menthol content. Peppermint essential oil is often used in toothpastes to promote oral hygiene. It is also excellent for cooking, adding a refreshing, minty flavor to desserts, drinks, smoothies, and even savory and spicy foods.
The 8th, final oil of the AromaTouch® technique is used in the technique for its general freshness, mental alertness, refreshing, and energizing qualities.
